What are Senders Good For, Anyway?
Some colleagues of mine and I have been working for the past few years to give C++ a standard async programming model. That effort has resulted in a proposal, P2300, that has been design-approved for C++26. If you know me or if you follow me on social media, you know I’m embarrassingly excited about this work and its potential impact. I am aware, however, that not everybody shares my enthusiasm.
