EDIT: [It’s easy to catch them manually, for now, but as others have said it’s very difficult to catch them 100% of the time at YouTube’s scale. User reports can help for sure, but they feel useless to the user most of the time, and eventually we just swipe away from the scam ads instead of reporting them.
