Artificial intelligence infrastructure start-up Firmus Technologies has tripled its valuation to $6 billion in two months, raising a further $500 million from investors to bankroll its massive data centre developments.The raising follows Firmus’ funding round in September, when it drew $330 million from investors including Nvidia and local investment house Ellerston Capital at a $1.9 billion valuation.
