It's a good card but it's a small form factor card which means it comes with trade offs. It has a lower TDP limit than full-sized cards and regular GeForce cards and thus performs lower than its core counts would suggest. For example, this card has a bit more cores than an RTX 4070 but the RTX 4070 has a much higher TDP at 200 Watts vs 70 Watts for this RTX 4000 SFF.
